Name, DOB, contact information (address, phone numbers, etc) including your email address.

What we do with the information we gather.

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with better communication, and in particular for the following reasons: 
Internal record keeping, to track active club members and to register members with Swim England.
We may use the information for contact in the case of an emergency.


We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect physically and online.

Google Analytics

We do not use Google Analytics on our website and no data is shared with Google.

Mailing Lists, SADSC Newsletter

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to our SADSC newsletters at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing our data protection officer on infosadsc@gmail.com

Controlling your personal information 

We will never sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible, at infosadsc@gmail.com. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
